These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of africasafariplanet.com (the "Site") operated by AfricaSafariPlanet ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our service

AfricaSafariPlanet is a free matching service. We connect travellers with independent, third-party safari operators based on the information submitted through our quote form. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking platform, and we do not charge travellers any fee for this matching service.

2. Our relationship to safari operators

• All safari operators in our partner network are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or subsidiaries of AfricaSafariPlanet
• Any booking, contract, payment, or agreement you enter into is directly between you and the operator — AfricaSafariPlanet is not a party to that agreement
• We receive a referral commission from operators when a match results in a booking. This does not increase the price you pay — commissions are built into the operator's standard rate
• We take reasonable steps to vet operators for licensing and safety record, but we do not guarantee the performance, safety, or conduct of any operator, guide, or third-party service provider

3. No liability for travel services

AfricaSafariPlanet is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, or negligence of any safari operator or other third party, or for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur through their services. Any disputes regarding a booking should be directed to the relevant operator.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting a quote request. We reserve the right to refuse service, remove content, or terminate access at our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of AfricaSafariPlanet or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfricaSafariPlanet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any third-party safari services arranged through a match made via the Site.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
